I was saddened to hear of John's passing. He was my physical therapist after surgery and restored me to full activities. I trusted him as much as my surgeon. Equally important, he was always a kind gentleman and friendly face either in his office or around town. He will be missed by many.

We were honoured to have known John from our visits at the lake and our trip to Thailand! John had a way of making each of us feel truly appreciated and loved. We are so sorry for your loss and your heartache.

So sorry to here about John’s passing. Many wonderful memories of our youth, in particular Prospect Chapel Youth Group and Camp Berea. Our lives went separate ways and we lost contact but was always good to get updates, usually by Jon, the social communication chief of the Brown family. Our best wishes and prayers to Linda and all. We will meet again! Tim & Debi Brown

John's great heart and deep abiding goodness healed my body and nourishes my spirit to this day. Not only did his great skill give me the ability to walk again, after I was told I might not, but the time he gave to me restored my very soul. Now, because of him, i not only run but I dance. And I am able to pass on his healing hands and kind patient ways to hundreds of children every year. At a time when I could barely pay for therapy and was a total stranger to him. he offered to work with me for free. His generosity, sweet temperament and depth of knowledge about the human body are alive in me with every step I take. He was a great man and pervasive force for goodness. I will miss him and his dear smile. But I will keep the hope, faith , and kindness he gave me and pray to pass it and him on out into the world as a way to keep his memory alive, Thank God for John Gardner.
