Obituary of Eleonora Noviello

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Eleonora Noviello on January 18, 2025, at the age of 90.

 

Born on September 13, 1934, in Sturno, Italy, Eleonora was the devoted wife of the late Luigi Noviello and the heart of her family. She will forever be remembered as a strong woman who faced life’s challenges with remarkable grace, determination and resilience.

 

Eleonora is survived by her loving children: Angelo (Gerardina), Vincenzo (the late Deborah), and Maria (Daniel). She was a proud and cherished grandmother to Lora (Tristan), Gino, Daniela (Vincent), Vincent, Angela, John, Miranda, and Monica, and a beloved great-grandmother to Vincent, Eliana, and Michael.

 

She also leaves behind her brother, Alberto, and her sister Incoronata, along with countless nieces, nephews, and friends who admired her resilience, wisdom, and love.

 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Dodge Thomas Funeral Home, located at 26 Franklin Ave Glen Cove NY 11542. Visitation will be held on Friday January 24th from 2-4 and 7-9. Followed by a funeral mass at St. Rocco’s Church on January 25th at 9:30am. Interment will take place at Holy Rood Cemetery.

 

Eleonora’s strength, love, and legacy will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
