CURELLA, Elena J. of Glen Cove, NY and formerly of Valley Stream, NY on October 29, 2024 at age 89. Beloved daughter of the late Gaspare and the late Josephine. Loving sister of Theresa Kandalaft, Maria Pisani the late Josephine LaFroscia and the late Phyllis Loubriel. Dear aunt of Linda, Laura, Lisa, Donna, Diane, Jacqueline, Paul and Andrea. Elena worked for many years as a devoted social worker. She was caring and kind and loved helping children. She also had a deep love for animals. Arrangements entrusted to Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home of Glen Cove. Interment service held at St. Charles Cemetery on Friday, November 8th at 12pm.
