Our deepest sympathies go to Emanual, Lisa, Edward, and Robert on the sad passing of our dear Auntie Tess. Though we were separated by the wide ocean and only met a few times, those special occasions and our lively banters over Skype are cherished memories. Auntie Tess was warm, playful, always fun to chat with, and well clued in. A remarkable woman whose smile and warmth touched our hearts, leaving a lasting impression with the Sheehan family in Waterford. May Tess rest in peace, and may her spirit continue to inspire those who knew her. David, Graece, Joomie, Josh, Eileen, Christy, Mary and Bernd

Dear Emanuel and Family Our sincerest condolences on the passing of dear Theresa. Her passing has left a deep hole in our hearts. We have known you and Theresa for well over 13 years and have so many fond memories of our time together in Florida and Glen Cove. Telephone conversations with Theresa from Canada were always a joy as we bantered over politics (we often clashed as she was Fox and we were CNN), local and family events, her Irish roots, etc. Her smile was contagious, her demeanor quiet and gentle. She was an absolutely amazing and unique woman. Her waning health over the recent years and especially more recently robbed us of the joy of these amazing encounters. We've attached a number of special photos that highlight some of our favorite memories with Emanuel and Theresa - the Caribbean cruise on Carnival Glory in 2014 which included another Canadian couple Arnold and Hannah that were their long time friends as well - Thanksgiving in Glen Cove and St Patrick's Day (her famous Irish dish of corned beef) in Byron Gardens - restaurant favorites such as all you can eat Chinese buffet in Hallandale Beach and Tony Roma's steakhouse in Sunny Isles - visits to our new condo in Deerfield Beach. God bless you and your family. We hope to stay in touch and please reach out to us as well.

My condolences to you all Emanuel, Lisa , Edward and Robert on your recent sad loss . My name is Marie McCarthy née Fitzgerald I am originally from Carrigtwohill Village Co Cork Ireland. I remember Tess well though I was a child, she was a friend of my mother’s Mary Fitzgerald née Sylvester. They worked together at O’ Connell’s grocery shop and Bakery at Main Street, Carrigtwohill. Tess was a beautiful, kind person and lived her life to its fullest. I remember her calling to our family home frequently. I will go to mass for her on Friday. Ollie, her nephew and my good friend told me of her death this week. To finish with a few words of her native language “Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dilís” My thoughts are with you this week, Marie
