We heartbreakingly announce the passing of Peter Antonopoulos at 90 years old on March 1,2024 of health complications due to his age. He was born January 25,1934 in Kalavryta, Greece. He was a devoted son to Vasilis Antonopoulos and Violet Papanayatou. He raised and committed his life to his children Karen Montovano, Carol Antonopoulos and the late Bill Antonopoulos but most of all made sure his grandchildren Taylor Riley and Xander Montovano all never went without family support and love. His family including his son in-law Mike Montovano and even his ex-wife Jane Arnoldi who all lived under his protection and guidance. He was a great supporter of his siblings, Thénia, Élli, George and Achilléa who have since then passed along with his sisters Catherine and Elefteria. Not only did he keep his cousins and other driving family members part of his life after leaving Greece but he was also a staple of the community through his legacy of his hard labor and dedication with his restaurants Page One and The View Grill but also contributed in the participation of the local Holy Resurrection Greek Orthodox Church. Come join us in his celebration of life for a strong, resilient and family oriented patriarch, the one and only Peter Antonopoulos. The viewing will be on Tuesday March 5th  Dodge Thomas Funeral Home at 26 Franklin Avenue Glen Cove, NY 11542 from 2 PM to 4 PM & 7 PM to 9 PM. The church mass will be at 11 AM Wednesday March 6th, 2024 at Holy Resurrection Greek Orthodox Church at 1400 Cedar Swamp Road, Glen Head, NY 11545.
