We lost a special lady on August 4– And I called her mom from the time I met her at 18 years old and Continued to do so for the next 54 years— she taught me so much — frugality, special recipes & a whole different way to repurpose things and not just throw something out—so I actually had two moms !however I only had my own biological mom for many years less even though they were both born in 1924 my mother passed away at 69 years old. So I was lucky enough to still feel I had a mother figure in my life. Godspeed Mom and PLEASE tell your mom I think of her every day. She was my Grandma even if only through marriage.
