Flores, Madeline A., (nee Melillo) of Glen Cove, NY on June 3, 2021. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love and comfort. Cherished wife of the late Raymond J (2003). Loving mother of Yolanda Riggle (Oskar), Robert (Jeannette) and the late Ray J. Beloved grandmother of Mia (Chase), Sylvia (Jimmy), Nicole (Yotam), Alisa (Anthony) and Raymond. Proud great-grandmother of Eli, Daniel, Ella, Lucian, Ava and Anthony Emerson. Beloved sister to the late Robert Melillo (Rose). Beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews and a cherished friend to many. Former owner of Fashion Cove in Glen Cove. Talented artist and host of many art shows. Proud member of the local Woman’s Club and Glen Cove’s Senior Center. Frequent visitor of the library and lifetime pillar to Prybil Beach, she was always in the beach chair at the end of the ramp. She was loved immensely and will be missed greatly. Sunday sauce will always be made in her honor. Wake will be held Sunday 6/6 from 1-5 at Dodge Thomas Funeral Home, Glen Cove. Religious service Sunday 4PM. Interment private cremation. In Lieu of flowers please speak to family about a memorial bench being arranged for Morgan Park.
