Francine Johnson ( aka Fran & Franny) was born to Frankie Capers (Deceased) and Gertrude Capers on August 10th, 1950, Francine is the younger sister to Edith (Joseph) Brown, & Gertrude (Michael) Leake. Francine was born & raised in the city of Glen Cove, Long Island NY. Francine sadly gained her wings at the age of 70 on December 8, 2020. Francine Johnson is survived by her loving Husband Michael B. Johnson her children, Donna, Lorraine, Mark, Lisa & Sheryl, 15 grand children, 25 great grandkids along with many nieces and nephews. Francine worked many years within the health care profession throughout her career. Through her many years of experience in health care she later decided to dedicate her time volunteering at the senior center in Glen Cove. Franny loves her some elephants and her love for elephants grew into an extensive collection. Mrs. Johnson was a staple in her community that dearly respected and loved her. She’s known for her gorgeous contagious smile, her warm motherly heart and of course her bubbly and feisty personality. She will be dearly missed.

Visiting at Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home of Glen Cove on Satruday from 1:30-3pm. Funeral Service at Dodge-Thomas Saturday at 3pm. Interment private.
