I will always remember Mary Lou Johnson for her love, kindness, and caring. While growing up in Long Island, Mary Lou was like a second mother to me, her home a 2nd home. Their door was always open. Her daughter Karen was one of my best friends back then, and still is. Karen, David, Linda, Daniel, and Laura were like sisters and brothers to me. Dinners, sleepovers, trips with the family in the family car, smiles, laughter, love, and making happy memories were all things that I still cherish today. I am saddened to see her leave us, but comforted to know that some day we will see her again. I am so glad that I got to see Mary Lou one more time before she passed. She will always be greatly missed and never forgotten. My sincere condolences to the family.

The loss of a Mom no matter how old you are changes your life forever. She was your first and forever friend. She taught you right from wrong. She is never going to be away from you. You will hold her in your heart and feel her love until you meet again. May our prayers & thoughts ease your pain and support you at this time of grief. We love and miss you Aunt Marylou /Mom Thanks for opening your heart and home to me and my family. RIP

Today is a very sad and painful day. My heart is broken. Mom was a special person to all that knew her. She would help any one. She took care of grandpa, grandma and she was there for Larry when he had his car accident. She opened her door to all our friends and made them feel at home. She will most definitely be missed. May the Lord Bless Our Family in our time of need.

Aunt marylou was such a loving person. She welcomed me with open arms as if I was born into the family, never as a step child. I will forever cherish the memories I have of her. When we went camping, I always looked forward to seeing her there. I know you are now with uncle Arthur, nana and gramps. May you Rest In Peace sweet aunt MaryLou. ❤️

While I've known Laura since we both lost our dads in 2001, I only had the privilege of meeting Mary a couple of times. But she was such a dear, sweet soul and I am deeply saddened that she is gone and my heart breaks for the family I know loved her so much and will miss her deeply. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May the memories you have to carry in your heart always bring you comfort and peace in the days ahead. Blessings and prayers,
Teri

To describe my mom in one word it would be caring. She had a heart of gold always taking care of everyone else. I have many great memories of her and I will keep them near and dear to my heart and find comfort in that. I love and miss her so. RIP Mommy
