Our sincere condolences to the Ealy family and all the extended family. We are saddened by your dad's recent passing but encouraged that he knew the Lord and is with him. I had several instances to speak with Sam in the past few years as we both shared information about CKD. He was a fighter , but the disease wears you down. I am now an advocate for NKF so I will fight for Sam Ealy and all the others that suffer from various forms of kidney disease. The Ealys have become my extended family . So we pray for them all. Until we meet again good and faithful servant.
