What can you say about a lady like Edna.....Grandma to me for all of my 50 years. So many great memories, so many stories, trips, and shopping. I can't count how many miles we have walked together over the years, or how many stories of her childhood and life in Glen Cove. Oh how she loved Glen Cove! She was ageless, graceful, kind, and generous to all. She made memories for me that will last a lifetime! I have every handmade ornament she attached to my Christmas gifts since I was a young child. I have all the little notes she attached to things she had given me over the years. When my mother passed away 5 years ago grandma took the squares of quilting my mom had not finished and completed a blanket for me. I will cherish it forever! It was such a blessing to have had her in my life growing up and into adulthood. I cared so deeply for her and will miss her more than words can express.
I love you Grandma Edna and I hope you are dancing, skating, and celebrating in heaven with my mom, dad, and Grandpa.
