To the Reid and Quigley families, Neil lived full live filled with the sunshine of his positive outlook and commitment to education and hard work. His care for the health and education of his children and grand children will serve as his legacy of love for his family. The wildlife of the Blooming Grove Hunting & Fishing Club will miss his presence as will his family and friends particularly as they gather around their Thanksgiving table that will have this year an empty seat. May his memory and his wonderful spirit serve every member of his universe, for a continued long, healthy and happy life as Neil would have wanted,.
