SCHLESINGER, Joseph D. formerly of Glen Cove and Locust Valley, NY on July 15th, 2012 age 57.
Beloved father to Kristal and Michael, husband of Brenda (deceased), brother to Harris and Robert, son of the late Meyer (Michael) and Lorraine, uncle to Madeline and Nathaniel and friend to any and all he met. Joey was an absolute one of a kind, a character that if you ever had the good fortune to meet you would no doubt ever forget.
An avid sports fan and member of the Glen Cove High School Sports Hall of Fame, who's heart was as big as his personality. The laughter he brought to those hw knew made their lives richer and he would always leave you smiling.
We love you and will miss you - Rest in Peace.
Service at the Funeral Home of Dodge-Thomas Glen Cove Sunday 1030am. Interment Private.
