Please accept my condolences. I am sorry for your loss. It is encouraging to know that God cares for bereaved ones. Psalms 34:18 reminds us that he is near to those broken at heart and those crushed in spirit he saves. He promises that one day death will be no more. (Revelation 21:3,4,) He also provides us with the opportunity to see our loved ones again by means of the resurrection (John 5:28,29; 1 Thessalonians 4:!3,14) We can place our trust in these thoughts because it is impossible for God to lie. (Hebrews 6:18)
