John F. Sissons of Glen Cove, NY on July 23, 2016 age 70. Beloved husband of Nancy. Loving father of Stacy McKenna (John "Murph"). Caring stepfather of Jennifer Benzinger (Tim) and Jill Stone (John). Dear brother of Mary Minicozzi. Proud grandfather of Luke, Kendall, Skylar and Jesse. Fond brother-in-law of Susan Beyer Watkins (the late Ronald). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was the former owner of Tiffany House at Glen Cove Golf Course. He loved golf and was an avid reader. Visitation Thursday at Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home 3:30 - 7:00pm. Prayer service at Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home Friday 10am. Interment Locust Valley Cemetery.
