WELLINGTON, James C. of Locust Valley, NY. April 10, 1984 October 23, 2015. Beloved son of Julie C.and James F. Wellington, and brother of Emily M. Wellington. Attended Portledge School, Locust Valley, NY. Graduated from: Salisbury School, Salisbury, CT. College of Charleston, Charleston, SC. Institute of Culinary Education, New York, NY. A talented golfer, angler, and marksman; accomplished carpenter; and aspiring food wizard; James and his great sense of humor will be sorely missed. He will be in our hearts and thoughts forever.
