BARON, Ruth of New Hyde Park on Oct. 13, 2014 age 93. Beloved wife of the late George. Loving mother of Ron (Angela) of Utah and Jay (Barbara) of Glen Cove. Dear sister of Strom (Sara) of New York City. Proud grandmother of Dereh, Robyn, Julie (Rob), and Carly. Loving aunt of Audrey, Andrew (Pico) and Moxie. Interment at Wellwood Cemetery. Arrangements by Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home, Glen Cove.
Mrs. Baron was an accomplished artist in Oil and Pastels and creative crocheting. Past sisterhood President of New Hyde Park Jewish Community Center and a respected Yiddish teacher
