Dear Jeanne and Anya, Chrissy and Laraine and families, Your Mom/Grandma possessed a will to want to live and be with her girls. Despite her major health problems over the past few years, she fought the good fight and "hung in there". It must be the feisty Irish spirit in her! I know the special bond that can exist between a mother and daughter and despite Irene's passing that bond will always be there. She has passed on to live with Our Father in heaven and to watch over you all, but leaves behind special memories for all of you - memories spent boating, at the beach, watching the beautiful LI sunsets, and times spent at important family celebrations. I wish you all peace my friends. Irene is now at peace and smiling down on all of you. Time will bring healing but may your memories of fun times spent with Irene help you through your grief and through this sad time. You are loved my friends, Marion and Jim, Jimmy and Katelin Ann
