MUZANTE, Frederick J. of Glen Cove, NY age 89 on February 22nd, 2016. Beloved husband of Cecelia Blihar. Loving father of Fred III (Donna), Madeline, Michelle (Tracy Barrette), Clifford (Michelle), Nicholas (Regina) and Nunette. Loving grandfather of Justin, Christon, Maggie, Kyle, Livia and Mitchel. Loving stepfather and grandpa to the Blihar family. Fred was a Marine Veteran of WWII. He served in South Pacific in Okinawa from 1944-1946 and the Korean War from 1950-1951. Fred belonged to the Glen Cove VFW #347, the Elks Club, American Legion Post 76 and the Marine Corps. League. Fred was an active member of the Glen Cove Republican Club. He was an avid golfer; winning the Club Championship 'C' flight in 2006. Mass will be celebrated at St. Hyacinth RC Church March 19th, 2016 at 11am. Arrangement by Dodge-Thomas.
