MADDEN, Ida Marie “Tootsie” Lifelong resident of Glen Cove, NY  on December 29, 2025 at Age 88.  Daughter of Harry Carlson and Jean Morrison Carlson.  Former wife of the late Vincent J.  Loving mother of Lynda, Susan Croucher and Krystine Beresford (Chris).  Dear sister of Harriet Rich (late Mike).  Proud grandmother of Ethan, Aaron, Kasey, the late Ryan and Kate.

Retired from the North Shore School System, Buildings and Grounds Department.  Ida was the Founder of the Food Pantry and the Thrift Shop at Trinity Lutheran Church GC.  She also worked alongside Island Harvest. Ida had a deep love for animals, her loving cats and especially Piper.

Service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 74 Forest Avenue, Glen Cove on February 28, 2026 at 10:30AM.  Internment is Private.  www.DodgeThomas.com
