Obituary of Nicholas F. Hicks

HICKS, Nicholas F. of Bainbridge, GA, formerly of Glen Cove, NY on September 4, 2025 at Age 55.  Beloved son of Frederick C. Hicks and the late Renee Wise, and step-mother of Ruby Hicks.  Loving father of Corey Chaffee and Nicholas F. Jr.  Former husband of Gabriella.  Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Mr. Hicks lived in Glen Cove with his family until he enlisted in the Navy where he served with distinction for 17 years and rose to the rank of Petty Officer First Class Hospital Corpman. From 2009 until 2014, Nick attended Columbia Southern University, where he earned both an Associate’s degree and then a Bachelor’s in Occupational Health and Safety Technology. After being honorably discharged from the Navy, Nicholas continued his career in healthcare and serving others. He was also very passionate about physical fitness, which led to him pursuing a career in modeling and acting. Nick’s talents earned him several roles on stage, television, and in movies.

Funeral Service at Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home, Glen Cove on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 1:00pm. Interment is Private.
