Mrs. Czopp was an incredibly kind-hearted mother that we had the pleasure of getting to spend time with over these last few years. During those moments, it was clear that she enjoyed socializing, sharing stories, and getting to know others. We loved to hear her perspective whether it was in English or Romanian. Andy’s constant prodding, “Engleză, mamă” - to have her stick to English was usually futile, but it was clear that she had a lot to share. That desire to engage with others and to get to know them is something that will always stick with us. Additionally, we will always remember the day we got engaged at her home. She was, as always, impeccably dressed and had the most beautiful flower arrangements throughout the house to express her excitement in partaking in the small celebration we had put together. The excitement she expressed upon seeing Luciana’s ring is a memory we will cherish forever. While she will be deeply missed, we will hold these memories close to our heart and will do our best to carry the same level of joy and dedication to family that she displayed throughout her life.
