Q: How did you meet Marie? A: I met this beautiful Woman through my late Husband William "Pa" Blue who sang in the gospel group "The Mighty Uniques" with Marie's Husband, the Late Larry McCall. She was a very soft spoken woman with a heart of gold, she made you feel like you knew her forever. 35 plus years later our friendship grew even more. She loved to cook and I loved how she meal prepped her salads which she loved to do. Marie also taught me a few pointers I will say about Gardening in their huge backyard which contributed to my love of gardening. How She loved the Lord with all her Heart and Soul. Whenever we spoke or I got the chance to stop by, our topic of conversation we be, how we loved the Lord and how he brought us through another week. I'll always remember when I would leave, her words were, "When someone crosses your mind, don't ignore it. Give them a call just to say hi and that you were thinking of them". I will miss my friend. I loved her, but God loved her best so he called My Friend home to rest. Sleep on my friend sleep on .Say hello to my Son's & Pa Blue for me. Till we meet again, Love Mary.
